The critical Timetabling system issues have now been resolved, however students and staff may find that some of their timetabled activities have been temporarily removed from their calendars.

We anticipate that calendars should be showing correctly again by the end of today (11/11/2019).

Staff should use the reports available on Infonet: https://infonet.glos.ac.uk/courseresources/Pages/timetables.aspx

Students should use the reports available on MyGlos Help: https://myhelp.glos.ac.uk/your-course/check-your-timetable-and-term-dates/Pages/default.aspx

Any changes made to the timetable since 20/11/19 will not have updated on online timetable reports or student and staff calendars. Some modules may have been removed from timetables as a result of timetable changes.

Any room bookings made since 20/11/19 will not show on online timetable reports, including those accessed using QR codes.

Timetabling are currently working with the software provider Scientia, and LTI to find an urgent solution to this.

Any changes made to the timetables since 21 November are not displaying on the online timetables or calendars.

To avoid academic sessions disappearing from student and staff timetables/calendars we are currently not making any changes to timetabled activities until this has been resolved.

Some PC users are experiencing difficulties with connecting to Syllabus Plus.

This is currently being investigated to resolve the issue.
